Last night we arrived in Florence after another night rally section, after missing the exit and a coke bottle exploding in the car we made it to the start and drove until 11pm. We left Florence at 6.30 am and drove 2 hours to another rally section through the mountains. It was a tight, muddy track which,we all most drove straight over the edge of as dad tried to negotiate a bend and take a photo of the view, however, we made it to the bottom and are now on the ferry from Ancona to Greece.
We pretty well nailed the time so hopefully well have moved up the rankings again……
Then a 2 hour drive to Ancona for departure at 1.30 pm due to arrive in Greece at about 8am
Lots of competition off roads works for the next 2 days
We have some new springs being made in Greece that will be fitted overnight tomorrow and hopefully get the car back up to height ready for Africa.
