We had driven through the night in a dual cab ute

For a few hours it was really hot in and out of the cab

We were dropping off the plateau and heading to sea level

About 3 am we crossed the border into sa and no problems without the car

We drove through all the wineries and passed soem of the dirt roads the rally will use tomorrow

We arrived at the hotel about 11 and had a few beers and then a wander around the waterfront of the table bay hotel and then an early night

Ronnie the mercedes service manager drove us 1500kms overnight to Cape Town from Winhoek
